Re: To Add or Not to Add to the Game Group

You could set the parameters for play before hand. Make it clear one of the things you’d like to see out of the play of the game is being inclusive in scenes. Get people talking to each other in play to work out how things need to be solved since that’s a Star Trek staple.

Re: Releasing Games - how much hype?

What kind of product is it?
Also, have you let the audience know?
Did you put out any kind of samples if applicable?
There’s a bunch of marketing stuff you can do to get that visibility. Also, what’s your plan once it’s out?

Re: Retreat Rules for D&D 5e

I like that rules package quite a bit. It’s open enough for some fun narration and has the ability to provide an impact on campaign play. Nicely done.

Re: Gamma World Hack

I enjoyed the episodes I’ve listened to so far. It’s a nice tidbit of information about the possible kinds of stories that come from the game

Re: MMP#376 – Fictional Positioning

I think if you listen instead of just jump to a conclusion about our stance and characterize us based on past prejudice, we, and especially I, say that “trad” games like dnd 5e and “trad” games like basic dnd very much have to do with fictional positioning. If you listen to the games we site and the...
