Week 2: Episode List
Welcome to Week 2. This week, I added one episode to the watch list. I added Season 2 Episode 1, because there are a number of changes that take place between Season 1 and 2, and they are summarized in the first few min of this episode. Also, some new characters are introduced, one character is on h...

S1E12 - Datalore
I picked this episode because this is a key component to Data's background, as well as setting up things for future episodes, many of which are in our Watch List.
I am looking forward to watching this one, tonight.

Re: S1E5 - Where No One Has Gone Before
Upon rewatch I actually liked this episode more than I thought I would. As I mentioned before, the plot is a good Star Trek story. As PK mentioned to me on Zoom, there is theme of where space and thought converge. There are a few episodes in the later seasons that follow similar themes. I do have to...

S1E5 - Where No One Has Gone Before
Here is the next episode in our watch series. I selected this episode because it's a Wesley episode, and it's going to set things up for a later episode, later in the series. As episodes go, this is pretty typical. There is a science issue, a chance for exploration, and things are not what they seem.

Re: S1E1 - Encounter at Farpoint
Ok. Now that we have seen the episode, here are some of my thoughts. I found it interesting that both Senda and Schmitty thought the episode was not too bad. But I guess I am skewed because I know what kinds of stories are coming. But I am glad it was not too bad. I liked the story overall. The whol...

I will be posting the link for the Netflix Watch Party in this forum on Tuesday evening, as I get things set up. Watch this post for more info.
In the meantime, you will want to download the Watch Party plugin for Chrome and get that installed.

Re: Week 1: Episode List
I dislike Skin of Evil quite a bit, but it's needed for a number of later episodes to make sense. I did not enjoy having to put this on the list, but knowing that it makes Yesterday's Enterprise make more sense, it is worth it.
