Re: Campfire Memories Kickstarter
In an attempt to promote the Campfire Memories Kickstarter (https://bit.ly/30ZWlHq), I'm going to post a true camping disaster story to Twitter every day for the next week. I could really use your help! Join me by sharing the stories of camping failure that you love to laugh at too! Use the hashtag ...

Re: Campfire Memories Kickstarter
Thanks Rob!
I had a lot of fun with the art. And, at some point, I hope to announce full color art in the PDF as a stretch goal!

Campfire Memories Kickstarter
Campfire Memories will be on Kickstarter from Feb 4 - 16, to coincide with Zine Quest 2! This will be a ~40 pg zine of a smaller size (4.25x5.5) about families going on difficult camping trips and then looking back on the experience fondly. The campaign’s link is https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...

FREE GAME GIVEAWAY!
I'm working on some cool stuff and I want people to know about it! To that end, I'm setting follower goals on 3 different platforms. Each time we hit a goal, I'll randomly select one follower and send them a PDF copy of Rainbow World! If this works, maybe it'll become a regular thing! --- GOALS AND...

Re: New MexiCon 2020 Kickstarter
I think there are a lot of good things to say about it! New Mexico (and, in general, the rest of the Southwest) suffers from a lack of gaming conventions. But the con has wider appeal than that, drawing about half our attendees from other parts of the US. It's small size, narrow focus, private game ...

New MexiCon 2020 Kickstarter
New MexiCon is a small RPG convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We focus exclusively on indie and small press games, the kinds of things that don't receive much attention at other venues. We just launched the kickstarter to pre-sell badges. If you're interested in these kinds of games and are in t...

Three Forged Jam 2019
Not totally sure that this is the right sub-forum for game jams but... I missed the first Three Forged Game Design Challenge but was super jealous of the experiences the folks who did participate had. Fortunately for me, someone has made a game jam on itch that's inspired by Three Forged. The idea i...

Re: D&D Convention Character Gen
Dungeon World is off limits. The con wants D&D 5e very specifically (though I did wonder if anyone would notice or get in trouble if I advertised 5e and then just ran DW). Yeah, I think the best I'm going to get is pre-gens and then spending the first 45 minutes or so with leading questions and ...

Re: Un-PbtAing Games
I did a reaction to one of the books that a lot of OSR groups consider "Definitive" of the movement "A Quick Primer for Old School Gaming". I thought I would get a lot of blowback but most weirdly agreed with me. http://store32.net/osr/ Cool! So, if we use Emmett's post as a def...
