Re: S6E3 Sons and Daughters
I just watched this episode with your question in mind, GMGERRYMANDER , and I don't know how much significance I can find in it if you hadn't said anything. Since you did, though, I gather that he locked himself in by accident, so I think it was just a way to show that even though Alexander made the...

Re: S4E5 - Rejoined
Okay...just one more departure from the seriousness of this episode for like a half-second of screen time that I thought was so funny that I had to screenshot it. This is early in the episode, at the same reception I referenced earlier with the Worf moment. This time, we're at the food table, and Ja...

Re: S4E5 - Rejoined
I in no way want to detract from the powerful queer energy of this episode, which I appreciate greatly, but also I don't want to forget this intensely Worf moment . [At a fancy reception.] Kira: What do Klingons dream about? Worf: Things that would send cold chills down your spine. And wake you in t...

Re: S4E4 - Indiscretion
I have mixed feelings about this episode. Ehhh...they're not that mixed, I guess, actually; they're all pretty bad. :) It is an important foundation for future storylines and such...that's about the good I can say about it. The rest...yikes. As much as I get Dukat as a kind of "you love to hate...

Re: S4E3 - Hippocratic Oath
This series of course has had (and will have) no shortage of Bashir/O'Brien storylines, but I like these ones the best where they explore the differences in their philosophies. In particular, I especially like it when the differences between them are born of their very different experiences. O'Brien...

Re: S4E2 - The Visitor
Just a bit of "meta" trivia that I like: this isn't the first (nor the last!) time we see Tony Todd in the franchise. He also plays the recurring character of Worf's once-secret brother, Kurn! I dunno...something just tickles me about the idea of Jake growing up to be like a son of Mogh.

Re: S4E1 & 2 - The Way of the Warrior
I have nothing much to add here. What a way to kick off a season, a cast change, a lasting crossover, a major plot arc development...everything. So great to see!
