Cyberpunk 2013 and 2020 was the game I played the most in the late 80's early 90's. There was no doubt in my mind that I was going to get a copy of Cyberpunk Red.
I have not had a chance to crack into it yet, but I am starting this thread to discuss it as I start reading.

If you don't mind, Phil, I'll chime in, too. I've been reading it a bit and I'm sure I'll have comments. I played Cyberpunk 2013 when I was in high school and am a pretty big fan of the genre.

I think there's improvement in the hacking rules but I feel like there's something missing that I can't put my finger on.
I sat in on a session of 2020 that was being run at UB some years back and I loved the way the GM did hacking but I haven't been able to distill what he was doing to replicate it. I'm pretty sure the netrunners were computer science majors which probably made things more satisfying to me. I only mention it because it's now the gold standard for hacking in my mind.
